Raymond Lee

Raymond joined IBI in 2021 and brings with him experience in working in infrastructure, commercial, residential, and large mixed-use development schemes. He is focused on and committed to creating connections and revitalizing urban environments through master planning and urban design to enhance the sense of place and establish social value. He has prepared masterplans and framework plans that have been implemented on both small and large sites in Canada, United Kingdom and Asia. His broad career experience includes transit-oriented developments, redevelopment of emerging urban districts and new towns, city-wide masterplanning strategies, high-density urban infill, streetscape designs, and integration of new rail stations into an existing community. Ray has demonstrated strong client liaison skills and delivered projects from inception to planning approval. Raymond is always seeking to identify opportunities to add value for the clients, and to further the growth of character and place for the projects he is leading.
