John Kelly

John has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of municipal engineering, including environmental assessment, planning, design, operations and construction related to land development, transit, transportation, water, and wastewater. He also has significant expertise developed over 12 years in construction contract management for design-bid-build and design-build projects. John has worked with diverse groups of stakeholders, often with competing interests, including elected officials, community and business associations, the public, construction and consulting engineering industries, and agencies such as utility companies, Metrolinx, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and Waterfront Toronto.
