Gregg Stouder

As Architecture Lead in Southfield, Michigan—and a Licensed Architect—Gregg has extensive experience solving complex architectural problems, developing creative solutions, and helping clients achieve their goals. Be it the design aspects of a building, the interpretation of a client’s needs, code or environmental constraints, or the nuts and bolts needed for construction, each step in the process requires careful analysis and determination of the right approach to move forward—Gregg has the natural propensity to select the right approach for every project he oversees. His practice markets have included automotive, manufacturing, industrial, commercial, retail, education, residential, and mixed-use buildings.

Gregg is responsible for architectural design and development that include organizing and maintaining administrative controls, technical review of all projects, and quality control from project inception through construction and final closeout. He leads a highly creative and talented team of architects who focus on spaces where people work, live, and learn. Gregg is NCARB certified and holds 20 active licenses.
